Lean Six Sigma for Managers (Champion)

Become able to adequately support the execution of continuous improvement projects in your organisation.

Description of the course

Regardless of your business environment, to survive in today's competitive environment, it is not only imperative to continuously improve, but to do so as quickly and cost-effectively as possible, and to sustain these gains over the long term to adequately meet your customers' critical requirements, increase your market share and remain profitable.

The deliverables of the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Innovate, Control) is an internationally recognized good practice for achieving such strategic objectives. But you have to know how to use it properly to solve a problem (or to realise an opportunity to do better)!

This is where Champion's expertise comes in: the industry needs managers who can objectively perceive the improvement needs of each process, support the on-the-ground execution of such improvement projects, and maintain long-term control of these gains.

Two (2) days of training, discussion and classroom activities that will lead to the creation of a portfolio of improvement projects, prioritisation of these projects in relation to their impact on the organisation's strategic objectives and the definition of a few priority project mandates to be launched as soon as possible.

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
