Strategic planning and deployment hoshin kanri

Integration in seven key steps.

Description of the course

Who better than you to lead the destiny of your organisation? All you need is a clear set of steps that will allow you to do so in a structured way and ensure that all your employees will work with you on a daily basis to achieve it, despite the operational issues that too often distract your attention.

This is the essence of strategic planning, an exercise that is too often theoretical and synonymous with heaviness. Not with us! This one-day course covers everything you need to take the reins of your organisation and get it where you want it to go!

What if you gave this process a second chance? The Movement has published an internationally renowned guide on the subject and has accompanied dozens of companies in action. Go ahead, dream... and make it happen!

For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
