Description of the course
It's hard to know where your company stands in relation to others if you don't leave your own four walls. Do you have the best management practices? Are your processes effective and efficient? Are your internal practices aligned with the market reality? All these questions are not easy to answer in themselves. The QUALImètre is a tool that helps answer them. It is grouped into seven distinct sections that provide a global view of your company.
Section 1 is about leadership. What style(s) of leadership are found in your organisation? With what tools and approaches is it framed, implemented, constantly adapted and improved while being integrated with all activities. This training will look at the issue and offer a multitude of best practices in this area. Using explanations, definitions, practical examples, plenary sessions and discussions, as well as individual and team exercises, we will explore the basic concepts and make them understandable and accessible to all participants.
For online training, meeting invitations will be sent to you 48 hours in advance and will contain the web links to access the training. Make sure you have the necessary equipment to be able to hear and communicate with the trainer! The material will be sent to you as a link or PDF file to your email address.
General objective
The participant will be able to position his or her company in terms of best management practices related to leadership in an organisation.
